Last month I wrote a post with ideas for making the most of your spaces during the colder seasons HERE. Today, I’m sharing how I recently did that in my own home by making a hygge inspired nest on my new couch, which has a pull out section to create a sleeper, but it also works great for snuggling up in the fall and winter.
Don’t have too many words to say today, so I will let the photos do the rest of the talking!
I don’t always have the sleeper extended, but at this time of year it makes for a great spot to read, get some work done or watch a favorite show. Add in some pillows and a fuzzy blanket or two and it’s downright cozy. Make sure to add a tray or table within reach for a warm beverage and you won’t want to leave or do anything else (this is a problem on cold mornings before work)!
What are your favorite activities when snuggled up?
