Have you ever watched an HGTV show, a YouTube video or an Instagram story of an interior designer/home decorator who stops by their warehouse full of furniture and decor, pulls something from their stash, and just swaps it out in their home on a whim? Well—I have seen it plenty of times, but much to my chagrin, that’s not me! Though I did kinda pull off something similar earlier this year…

Vanity Corner Overhaul
One of the projects that I decided to tackle in my latest 100 Day Challenge, was an update to the vanity corner of my bedroom. Today I am pleased to report that have checked this task off of my list! It still needs some work (mostly sorting through all of my jewelry), but the bulk of the transformation is completed and I’m excited to share the progress I’ve made!

House Tour Update // Hall Closet
Today I am excited to share the long anticipated (by me at least!) Hall Closet reveal! This storage space has undergone several small transformations since I last shared it on the blog HERE. But I’ve continually felt like I wasn’t getting the most out of it…

Bathroom Reno // Phase 1 – The Reveal!
Today I am SO excited to share the reveal of Phase 1 of my bathroom renovation! Not only am I excited, but I’m so proud of what I accomplished to transform this space from what it was to what it is now. For a reminder of what it was before, you can check out my previous bathroom tour HERE. And in case you missed the halfway point progress, you can see the nitty gritty HERE.

House Tour Update // Bedroom
Hello friends! I’m back on the blog today to share a recent update to my bedroom.
Drumroll please…I painted an accent wall!
First, a little backstory: when I purchased the paint for my bathroom and powder room makeovers back before I had even moved in, I wayyy overestimated what I needed and bought a full gallon. I used about half of that (and I even painted the inside of my coat closet too!). And over the past year or so I have toyed with the idea of adding an accent wall behind my bed. Conveniently enough it just so happens that the leftover paint I’ve been saving is one of the colors in my bedroom color scheme. No brainer, right? So, I finally pulled the trigger, and I’m loving it! And I still have a lot of paint left haha…
I first shared the full Bedroom reveal back in February (if you missed it, you can check it out HERE). I still have a couple of design projects to do, but until then, are you ready to see the headboard wall before and after?

House Tour Update // Stairway
I’m baaack! I’m popping in today to share a little house project/update I’ve been slowly working on for a couple of weeks and just completed (this morning). I finally hung that gallery wall I’ve been wanting to add to my stairway! Hooray!
I first shared my stairway in my Powder Room to Laundry house tour post (HERE). There wasn’t much to see then, and I still have projects on my to do list, but I’m happy with the progress so I wanted to post an update for you all. Shall we?

House Tour Update // Kitchen
As I recently shared, I’m making some design tweaks to several of the spaces in my home, and I’ll be sharing them here on the blog over the coming weeks. Last week I revealed my Entry update (you can see it HERE). And the week before I shared the updates I made to my Outdoor Spaces (you can check that one out HERE).
Today I’ll be sharing the reveal of my Kitchen update! I’m happy with it… or at least I think it will grow on me more and more. You tell me what you think. I’d love to hear! If you missed the original full Kitchen tour, you can get up to speed HERE.

House Tour Update // Entry
Happy Wednesday friends! If you’ve been reading the blog recently you’ll know I’m making some small updates to my home that I’ll be sharing over the next few weeks. Last week I shared an EPIC post about the updates I made to my outdoor spaces (if you missed it, you can check it out HERE). Apologies if you’re still recovering from that!
Today’s post is a quick one (promise!) with the reveal of my Entry update! You guys, I love it! It’s not perfect (mantra: progress, not perfection), but it really packs a punch IMO! If you missed the original Entry tour, feel free to refresh your memory HERE.

Before & After // Shed Closet
Happy Saturday friends! It is absolutely glorious outside today. Oh how I wish it had been this nice when I worked on making over my shed closet last week! I was drenched from humidity within 20 minutes, lol… but I digress! Today I am here to share the fruits of my labor! The reveal of my shed closet, hooray!
I have never shared this space on the blog because it’s been so horrific. The most I had done to it prior to last weekend was to paint the outside of the door. It was peeling and looking very sad. I had to get the HOA to approve my taupe paint color, which they did. I scraped and lightly sanded and then painted it. But inside, other than to load and unload my patio furniture each fall and spring, I tried not to go in there. Bugs and darkness and ick, no thank you!
